Job Description
Odix Technology is on the lookout for a forward-thinking sales representative with a strong analytical mindset to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will not only lead the sales team but also train new hires and conduct essential market research.
Key Responsibilities: Candidates must have experience in the FMCG industry. You will be responsible for coordinating the sales team, aiding in recruitment efforts, analyzing performance metrics, setting sales targets, managing vendor relationships, and nurturing customer connections.
