Job Description
The Literacy and Life Skills department at The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is actively seeking a passionate Literacy and Life Skills Specialist. This pivotal role involves the development of engaging curricular content for teacher guides and student workbooks aimed at out-of-school children aged 8-16 in Pakistan. Key responsibilities include crafting academic and unit plans, designing lesson plans and assessments, and collaborating on community engagement initiatives and teacher training programs.
Ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years of experience in educational program design, exhibit exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
