Job Description
Company: BackTech is seeking a dedicated Operational Analyst to join our team at our office located in Uni Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time position with a night shift on a rotational basis.
Compensation: The salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month, in addition to benefits such as a yearly bonus, comprehensive medical coverage, complimentary meals, and generous leave entitlements.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (O and A levels preferred) and demonstrate fluency in English with strong communication skills. Relevant experience is preferred, along with a proficiency in Excel for at least one year.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will engage in reporting, data interpretation, problem-solving, and taking initiative in various projects.
