Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide frontline technical support to our end-users at BNP PVT Limited. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with technology issues.
- Report network interruptions and server outages.
- Troubleshoot system errors and failures.
- Scan for and remove computer viruses.
- Repair and maintain computers and laptops.
- Monitor support requests and document all processes.
- Develop preventive measures to avoid internet-related interruptions.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, IT certification.
