Job Description
Are you an experienced recruiter with a talent for finding exceptional candidates in the call center industry? AKITBPO is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to lead our hiring initiatives for call center agents in our Final Expense Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire qualified call center agents
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications: 1+ years in call center recruitment preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month
