Job Description
Artes School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Directress to join our team. In this role, you will create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans while fostering a safe and stimulating learning environment for our young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a safe and enjoyable learning environment
- Support children’s development through personalized activities
- Communicate open with parents about their child’s progress
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a secure setting
Requirements:
- Experience with young children (nursery level preferred)
- Familiarity with Montessori methods
- Strong classroom management skills
Location: PECHS Block 2, near Tariq Road
Timings: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays)
