Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Private Limited. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings:
- 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (includes breaks)
Requirements:
- Strong English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10
