Role Statement: We are seeking an Operations Executive responsible for planning and organizing inspection-related activities in compliance with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and follow-up of invoices.
- Assistance in preparing tender documents.
- Maintain and update records as assigned.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders and maintenance of the subcontractor ledger.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and work collaboratively in a team.
