Job Description
SAPH Solutions is seeking a dedicated Male Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to enhance our order processing team. Your main role will involve calling customers to confirm cash on delivery (COD) orders, verifying shipping addresses, and keeping accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and verify addresses with customers.
- Provide professional customer support.
- Handle objections and encourage order completion.
- Reduce return rates by ensuring order accuracy.
- Track shipments with courier companies.
- Maintain order records through data entry.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or eCommerce.
- Basic data entry and Excel skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
