Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The primary responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably in a UK-based setting
Salary: Rs45,00 to Rs60,00 (includes incentives up to Rs15,00)
Additional Benefits: Free medical insurance
Shifts: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night) with the option to work from home after probation.
