Job Description
Raast Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist our AUS-based clients in managing customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling. Ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills and experience with international customers. The role requires availability for nighttime and morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospects through cold calling.
- Promote and sell products/services effectively.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales/call center experience.
- Experience in AUS markets is a plus.
