Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Officer. In this role, you will handle client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone while providing exceptional service and promoting available products and services.
Key responsibilities include performing personal clientele analysis, maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with various departments to achieve targeted results.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, fluency in Urdu and English, strong communication skills, and at least one year of customer support experience. Candidates aged 20-30 are preferred.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position offering a salary of Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
