Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kiln production processes and supervise staff.
- Train employees and promote safety standards.
- Identify and resolve production defects effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in sanitary ceramics production management.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
