Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Outbound Calling Agent to join our dynamic team at Ambition. You will be responsible for managing outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your aim will be to create a positive experience for each caller while achieving performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of calls professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Upsell and promote products as applicable.
- Achieve performance targets in call handling.
- Manage complaints efficiently.
Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
