Job Description
Clean and Green Services is urgently seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the position of Operations Executive at our Islamabad Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with operational practices and conduct training for branch staff.
- Develop quality control mechanisms for service delivery.
- Address client complaints and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch employees.
- Manage branch inventory, purchasing, and vehicle fleet.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations/project management.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Cloud Software.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00/month. Full-time position.
