Job Description
We are excited to announce that Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will handle 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging with potential customers.
Compensation: Earnings based on QA approved transfers and retention bonuses according to working hours.
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (including breaks).
Requirements: Proficiency in English, Windows 10 laptop, quality headset, and fast internet (min. 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Strong computer skills, active listening, multitasking, goal-oriented, and night shift availability.
