Job Description
About the Role:
The-Hiring is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in job postings and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain HR docs.
- Engage in employee activities and update records.
- Help process payroll and attendance.
- Draft HR letters and reports.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HR or related field.
- Strong interest in HR operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is a plus.
