Job Description
Metrics Media is seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager to build and maintain long-term client relationships. In this role, you will investigate client needs, plan and implement digital strategies, optimize web content for SEO, and train clients on social media strategies.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing digital campaign effectiveness, recommending projects to improve ROI, setting up KPIs, and preparing progress reports. Staying updated with trends in digital technology is also essential.
