Job Description
Join Jalal Sons as a Customer Success Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for customer onboarding, monitoring engagement trends, developing success stories, and creating initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to execute projects and provide insights.
This full-time position offers a starting pay of Rs60,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service are required.
