Job Description
GenoZone International is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in call center hiring. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent, along with excellent communication skills essential for building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and enhance hiring processes.
Requirements: 6+ months of HR recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with recruitment software.
Timings: 6:30 PM to 1 AM
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13A, Karachi
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
