Job Description
Campus 92 is seeking a dedicated Customer Support / Chat Support Agent to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a call center environment, particularly as a Client Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through calls and chat
- Implement strategies to meet goals
- Engage customers with interactive communication
Requirements:
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls
- Must communicate fluently in English
- Minimum education: Matriculation/Intermediate
Office hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM (Mon-Fri) at our location: 4th Floor Bank Alfalah Building, Near Ohjri Camp, Faizabad, Murree Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
