Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Microsoft EDR/XDR Deployment and Support Specialist to work at our customer’s premises. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deploying and supporting Microsoft’s Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Microsoft EDR/XDR solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Monitor security events to identify threats.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct security assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft EDR/XDR solutions.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
