Job Description
Rainbow Communications is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, informing them about our products/services, and assisting in closing sales.
This is an office-based position located in E11/3, with working hours from 3 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, and from 3 PM to 9 PM on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively using scripts.
- Address customer queries with professionalism.
- Understand customer needs to close sales.
- Utilize CRM procedures for processing sales.
- Conduct timely follow-ups.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality.
