Job Description
We are The Fit Day Club, seeking an experienced and visionary Principal / Campus Head to effectively lead our school operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic planning, and academic management skills to maintain high educational standards and foster institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee school administration and management.
- Implement educational policies and curriculum standards.
- Lead and mentor faculty for professional development.
- Monitor academic performance and student outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- 8-10 years in a leadership role in education.
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
Compensation: PKR 500,00 – 700,00 per month plus benefits.
