Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive recruitment and workforce development, ensuring a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding.
- Develop HR policies and address employee concerns.
- Ensure payroll compliance and benefit management.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the BPO sector.
