Job Description
We are excited to announce that Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional support. Your role will also include gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills.
- Laptop with the latest Windows 10 version.
- High-quality headset.
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps.
Shift Details:
- Full-time night shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
