Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for janitorial staff and other manpower outsourcing roles. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, draft professional communication, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for janitorial staff.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet goals.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in hiring and manpower outsourcing, strong communication skills, and client management abilities.
Location: DHA Phase 5, Zamzama Commercial, Karachi
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
