Job Description
IBEES Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Packaging project, serving an international audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate sales inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales under supervision.
- Assess customer needs and collaborate with the estimation team for timely quotations.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the design and shipping teams.
Qualifications: Fluency in English, strong communication skills, and relevant education. Fresh candidates encouraged to apply.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
