Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD seeks an experienced Brand Manager to develop annual brand plans and lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital). You will oversee agency partnerships, timelines, and budgets; measure campaign performance; and analyze brand health, market share, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Design to support product launches, packaging, and sales enablement.
- Create brand content for web, social, catalogs, and presentations.
- Require BBA/MBA in Marketing and 6–8 years in brand planning (FMCG, building materials, paints, or durable goods preferred) with proven agency and budget management experience.
Full-time, in-person role based in Islamabad.
