Job Description
Spell Engineering seeks a full-time, on-site Client Success Representative for the 6:00 PM–3:00 AM shift. You will make outbound calls to US-based contractors to introduce pre-construction estimation services, qualify leads, maintain CRM records, follow up to drive conversions, and coordinate with sales and estimation teams.
- Open to fresh graduates; B2B sales or outbound calling experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, confidence engaging decision-makers, and familiarity with the US construction industry are advantages.
- Compensation: Rs45,00–Rs80,00/month. English required. Work location: in person.
