Job Description
We seek a seasoned commercial and business development leader to drive EPC solar projects across regions. You will build and lead a high‑performing sales team, design go‑to‑market strategies, secure large‑scale contracts with utilities, IPPs, and developers, and maintain strategic client relationships. Accountable for proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure while ensuring bid‑to‑bill alignment and targeted margins through close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and project delivery.
- 8–10+ years in solar EPC sales with a proven track record of multi‑MW deals
- Strong network, negotiation skills, and strategic leadership; MBA or technical degree preferred
- Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and willingness to travel
