Job Description
Enza Home Pakistan seeks a customer-focused Senior Sales Specialist based in Islamabad to drive high-value furniture sales and support showroom targets. The role requires managing complex transactions, delivering personalized consultations, mentoring junior staff, preparing quotations and negotiations, coordinating logistics and installations, and ensuring an exemplary showroom presentation.
- Experience: 4–7 years in premium retail or furniture sales
- Skills: strong negotiation and relationship-building, excellent communication, mentoring ability, MS Office/POS proficiency
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
