Job Description
Progressive Resource seeks an empathetic Inbound Sales Representative to manage incoming inquiries for a U.S.-based home care client. You will guide seniors and families from initial contact to signed agreements via phone, email, and digital leads.
- Qualify leads, explain services, pricing, and contracts, and close sales
- Follow up warm prospects, coordinate onboarding, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet response, conversion, and revenue targets while complying with HIPAA
- Requirements: 1+ year inbound/inside sales or customer service (healthcare preferred), CRM experience, strong communication; HS diploma required, BA preferred
- Full-time, in person, U.S. business hours
