Job Description
Fexart Studios seeks a full-time, in-person Business Development Manager to lead a three-person team, drive sales, manage proposals and Upwork bidding, and expand our pipeline. Hours: Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM. Salary from Rs150,00/month.
- Responsibilities: follow up leads from Upwork, LinkedIn, and inbound channels; coordinate with internal teams; track outreach and conversion metrics; and improve sales processes.
- Requirements: 2–4 years in business development, client management, or sales (design/creative/IT preferred); strong written and verbal communication; organized, proactive; hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn; comfortable in a fast-paced small team.
