Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing seeks full-time Customer Relations Officers for a domestic inbound call project. Compensation: PKR 37,00–42,00 per month plus performance-based incentives. Candidates should hold at least 14 years of education (Bachelor’s), have 6–12 months of work experience, possess strong verbal English or Urdu skills, and be comfortable with basic digital tools. Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Schedule: Six days per week, rotational 8-hour shifts.
- Location: Plot 349-352, 1st Floor, Street 5, I-9/3, Islamabad.
- Interviews: Daily, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM at the office; please bring your resume.
