Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead multi-location retail and e-commerce sales. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leveraging customer analytics to optimize store performance and inventory, overseeing visual merchandising and loyalty programs, implementing staff training, and setting and monitoring targets.
- Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in retail management or multi-location operations; proven leadership and training ability; strong sales forecasting, CRM, and inventory management skills; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Details: Full-time, on-site position with approximately 75% travel to outlets; compensation Rs125,00–Rs150,00 per month.
