Job Description
Firm Tech Services is seeking full-time, in-person chat support agents for its Gulberg 2, Lahore office. Monthly salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00. Prior chat support experience is preferred.
- Shifts: Morning 8:00am–4:00pm; Evening 4:00pm–12:00am; Night 12:00am–8:00am.
- Responsibilities: Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries; identify customer needs and advise on product features; monitor social media complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
