Job Description
Join Mars BPO as a Field Operations Coordinator at our Karachi office (2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers). You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate daily field activities, maintain client records, support operational strategies, and report performance metrics.
- Requirements: High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic MS Office proficiency, and ability to work on-site. Customer service or field experience is a plus.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs45,00/month, plus performance incentives, hands-on training, career growth, and a supportive team environment.
