Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for the night shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM). Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; troubleshooting and resolving issues; accurately logging interactions; following established procedures; and escalating complex cases as needed. Candidates must possess excellent English, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, patience, and the capacity to work independently.
- Minimum requirement: High school diploma.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
