Job Description

Benchmark Junior School seeks a warm, nurturing, and tech‑savvy Female Early Years Teacher for ages 3–6. Full‑time; salary Rs40,00–45,00/month. The teacher will plan and deliver age‑appropriate literacy, numeracy, and social‑emotional lessons; use PowerPoint for visuals; maintain Excel records for progress and attendance; and leverage AI tools for lesson preparation and parent communication.

Applicants must foster a safe, inclusive classroom, collaborate in staff training, and partner with parents. Creative, organized candidates who employ storytelling, music, art, and play‑based approaches are preferred. Master’s degree and three years of school experience are advantages. Must be able to commute or relocate to Rawalpindi GPO and be fluent in English. Work is in person.
