Job Description
Lead and execute the power generation and utilities strategy across EMEA, ensuring reliable operations, regulatory compliance, and achievement of sustainability objectives. Manage multi-country teams and oversee capital projects, operations & maintenance, budgeting, vendor relations, and full P&L responsibility.
- Minimum 10 years in power generation or utilities leadership
- Strong technical background in thermal, renewables, or grid systems
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs, asset management, and financial oversight
- Safety-first mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement, fluent in English; frequent EMEA travel
