Job Description
Samad Rubber Works seeks an Assistant Manager for Sales & Distribution to drive business growth, secure new customers, and perform market research on trends and competitors. The role ensures timely delivery and optimal inventory at distribution points, fosters strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners, and resolves customer inquiries to improve satisfaction.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales & Distribution (FMCG/retail preferred)
- Skills: excellent communication, negotiation, complaint handling, and target-driven attitude
