Job Description
We are seeking a professional B2B Sales Development Specialist to identify and engage prospective business clients through targeted outbound outreach (calls, email, social). You will qualify leads, build pipeline for account executives, research industries, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing to refine messaging. The role requires persistence, excellent communication, and familiarity with CRM tools and sales KPIs.
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales or lead generation
