Job Description
Digital Group of Marketing is recruiting part-time Call Center Agents for our Urdu call center. Duties include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, resolving inquiries, promoting services, and working collaboratively to meet targets.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year of call center experience, strong Urdu communication skills, confidence, patience, professionalism, and basic computer proficiency.
- Benefits: fixed salary plus competitive commission, with promotion and bonus opportunities.
- Job Type: Part-time. Pay: Rs35,00–Rs75,00 per month. Work Location: in person at our office.
