Job Description
Residence 41 seeks a full-time Sales Agent based in Lahore with 3+ years’ experience selling high-rise, luxury, or mixed-use real estate locally. The ideal candidate will actively promote and close units to qualified buyers and investors, meet monthly and quarterly targets, and build a strong client network.
- Responsibilities: conduct property tours and presentations, collaborate with marketing and sales management, track competitor and pricing trends, and submit regular sales reports.
- Requirements: proven negotiation and closing skills, consultative sales approach, professional and self-motivated demeanor, local high-net-worth (HNW) contacts; bachelor’s degree preferred.
In-person position. Competitive base salary plus commissions and incentives; salary range Rs100,00–Rs200,00/month.
