Job Description
Inventive Research Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive in Bahria Town, Lahore. Shift: 4 PM–1 AM, Monday–Friday. Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience required.
- Create and post job advertisements; screen resumes and conduct initial calls.
- Coordinate with departments for interviews and hiring decisions.
- Draft offer, warning, and termination letters; maintain digital and physical HR records.
- Assist with onboarding and ensure compliance with HR policies; handle confidential information with discretion.
