Job Description
We are seeking an experienced People Operations leader to define and execute HR strategy and manage the full talent lifecycle. You will lead performance management, compensation, policy, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement. Partner with senior leaders to design organizational structures, drive change initiatives, promote DEI, and establish scalable processes that support growth and a high-performance culture.
- Requirements: 8+ years in HR with at least 3 years managing teams.
- Proven expertise in HR systems, employment law, analytics, and project management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; master’s preferred. Able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
