Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced Taxi and Minicab Dispatcher/Controller. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound bookings, efficiently dispatching drivers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
- Add bookings into the dispatch system and allocate them to drivers
- Provide real-time ETA and guide drivers through routes
- Manage both email bookings and bids on jobs
Requirements:
- Previous UK taxi cab controlling experience
- Familiarity with UK streets and postcodes
- Experience with taxi dispatch systems
Shift timings are rotational, with 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week. Salary starts at 40,00 PKR per month.
