Job Description
NUST invites applications for an Academic Officer to support undergraduate program management. Required: MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Education (HEC-recognized) with 4–5 years of academic management or teaching experience; PhD and accreditation experience desirable.
Responsibilities include processing proposals for new UG programs; coordinating curriculum review and ACM meetings; drafting policy working papers; implementing HEC/accreditation guidelines; managing undergraduate academic cases and complaints; organizing IHDs and circulating minutes; tracking action items; and supporting the Director Academics.
Essential skills: higher education policy, data management and reporting, and MS Office/presentation skills. Desirable: curriculum development, university governance, academic administration, policy formulation, problem-solving, and strong communication. Applicants must attach scanned academic/professional documents and ensure HEC verification of the highest degree. Incomplete or late applications will be disqualified.
