Job Description
We are seeking an Area Manager to promote Superstar: The Group of Publishers’ books and resources in public and private schools across a designated region.
- Eligibility: HEC-recognized university graduate; 1–2 years marketing experience; strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills; self-starter with strong work ethics.
- Key Responsibilities: Visit schools to market products, collect local data, submit daily reports, achieve annual targets, and adhere to company HR Code of Conduct.
- Benefits: Competitive salary starting at Rs.35,00 (performance-based revisions); separate TADA allowances.
- Type & Location: Full-time, in-person. Pay: Rs35,00–Rs40,00/month.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
